Out of Your Mind, into Artistic Flow

We live in a time that asks a lot of us. To perform, to adapt, to keep up. But somewhere in that rush, we lose touch. With ourselves, with others, with what truly matters. With a creative attitude — like that of an artist — you can navigate change more freely and connect more deeply with others.

INFUSION invites you to experiment. To get to know yourself better, with performance as a starting point. It's not about the perfect result, but about the process. About discovering, feeling, playing, making. About finding your way back into creative flow and genuine connection with your surroundings.

We work with serious play and techniques drawn from different art forms. You discover in an active way how to set yourself and perhaps others in motion. We use what is already present in you, and help you uncover new sides of yourself. New ideas emerge. New meaning in what you do.

INFUSION challenges you to step outside fixed patterns and expectations.

  • Connect

You connect with yourself, with others and with your surroundings. You experience collective inspiration.

  • Reflect

You observe, explore, question and deepen. You develop a new mindset.

  • Create

You make sound, performance, image, movement. You discover new possibilities.

  • musical listening experiences through soundscaping

  • listening to your environment through Deep Listening techniques

Duration in consultation.

“In a beautiful indoor space, we played musical instruments; in a beautiful garden, we experienced deep listening; and we explored the performing arts. It was truly inspiring, coming from the heart and the mind, and very practical.” – participant in The Art of Listening

‘Garden Playground’

How do you experience a place when you let your senses do the work? Drawing inspiration from nature through a live soundscape with plants (plantscape) on headphones, we slow down, wonder and connect.

By listening, looking and feeling, new perspectives emerge — on the garden and on ourselves. Let yourself be guided by intuitive, artistic actions, and then create your own plantscape.

“An optimal sensory experience that draws you both outwards and inwards. It made me long to create again.”
– Garden Playground participant

“I couldn’t get enough of Garden Playground and I’d love for my whole team to experience it.”
– director of a cultural institution

“Throughout the day, you explore through play what matters to you and how that relates to leadership. I genuinely had a lot of fun and felt a real sense of depth, and I’m taking some wonderful insights away with me! Maite and Niels are open, inspiring and relaxed all at the same time. I was surprised by how playfully and creatively the day was structured; it all felt very loving and attentive.”

“Definitely recommended if you want to take a different look at your own role within an organisation.”

“Above all, it’s great fun!”

DISRUPT. QUESTION. ENCourage.

Niels about Maite:

“What I find inspiring about working with Maite van der Marel is that she is a very good listener and knows how to probe further, which leads to new insights. She can do this both individually and with a group, turning conflict situations into learning opportunities. She then feeds this back to the participants in clear language. I also notice that people quickly feel at ease with Maite. She inspires enthusiasm and takes people on an adventure.

Furthermore, she has an incredible track record, both nationally and internationally, as a trainer/facilitator in (artistic) creative processes and reflection. You can see this in the ease with which she guides and inspires groups.”

LISTEN. PARTICIPATE. inspire.

Maite about Niels:

“For me, Niels Vermeulen is one of the most inspiring innovators and creators in the field. I am constantly surprised by the connections he makes, which leave me feeling inspired after our working sessions. He works purely with what is present, and effortlessly elevates this to a high artistic level. He knows how to guide people through this step by step and connect them with their own artistic voice. His individuality, years of experience in interdisciplinary group work, creating and directing innovative performances, the depth he seeks in conversations, and his eye for detail make him a truly inspiring leader.”
